Rice Wrap


For those edicted to wraps (!), check out the calories options out there. Soy, rice, or lettuce wraps have barely any calories compared to the often 100 and up calories in a tortilla! That does not mean you have to eliminate tortilla all together, just embrace a variety of other healthier choices more often!

In this picture, I used rice wrap and filled it with lettuce, avocado, carrot, cucumber, shrimp, and a touch of orange marmelade. I serve it with a seaweed salad for one of my favorite Asian style lunch. Enjoy!
